Foundation Board Chairman, he retired from banking in 2019 after 42 years. During his banking career, he was President & CEO of Your Community Bank in New Albany, Indiana. He remains active with several charitable organizations in Southern Indiana and joined the Ogle Board in 2014. He was awarded the Professional of the Year award from One Southern Indiana in 2011. Mr. Cecil resides, with his wife Cindy, in New Albany, Indiana.
Foundation Board Member, is a former partner in the law firm of Stites & Harbison. Ms. Blau has served as the Supervising Judge for the Clark County Drug Treatment Center and as the Judge of the Clark County Superior Court No. 2. Ms. Blau joined the Foundation Board in 2008. Ms. Blau resides in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Foundation Board Member, was named to the Foundation's Board beginning in 2012 along with his new role as President & CEO of the Foundation. Mr. Lanum had known Paul Ogle while growing up through Paul's association with his father as his attorney and in the later years during the Foundation's initial years. He has been with the Foundation as its first full-time employee since 2007. See staff description below for more details.
Vice-Chairman of the Foundation Board, is President and Owner of The Stemler Corporation, a mechanical contracting company located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. From 2006 until 2018, Mr. Stemler served as the Indiana State Representative for the 71st District of Indiana, serving as a member of the Ways & Means Committee. Currently, Mr. Stemler serves on the Board of Directors of First Savings Bank, a subsidiary of First Savings Financial Group holding corporation and as a member of the Board of Directors of First Savings Financial Group Holding Corporation, serving on the Executive Committee, as Chairman of the Mortgage Compliance and Governance Committee, and as Vice-Chairman and a member of the Board Credit Committee. Mr. Stemler also served as a member of the Jeffersonville City Council, serving as Council President. Mr. Stemler has served on the boards of Community Bank Shares of Indiana, serving as Vice-Chairman and River Ridge Commerce Center, serving as Chairman. Mr. Stemler has served as a Commissioner of the Ports of Indiana. Mr. Stemler joined the Ogle Foundation Board in 2015. Mr. Stemler resides in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Foundation Board Member, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Glenview Trust Company and is also a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Scott is one of the founding Principals of The Glenview Trust Company and has nearly 40 years of investment management experience with several regional investment and trust organizations. Scott earned a BA in Economics and Management from Centre College of Kentucky and is a graduate of the National Trust School at Northwestern University. He remains active in community leadership and has served at such organizations as The Morton Center, Waterfront Botanical Gardens, and The Healing Place. Scott is also a member of the Leadership Louisville Class of 2018. Mr. Neff has been a Foundation Board Member since 2023.
Foundation Board Member, is Executive Vice President of Manufacturing of Geo. Pfau's Sons Co. Inc. located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Currently, Mr. Pfau serves on the boards of Youth Link Southern Indiana (former chair); WesBanco Bank LSI Advisory Board; and Clark County Rotary Club (Past President). He has served on the Boards of One Southern Indiana, United Way, Floyd County Education Foundation, and Bridgepointe Goodwill. Mr. Pfau has been a Foundation Board Member since 2023 and resides in Floyds Knobs, Indiana.
N. William White
Foundation Board Secretary/Treasurer has been in the banking industry for over 36 years. He began his career as a bank teller and eventually became the President and CEO of two different institutions. Mr. White is currently the Market President for Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU) in Clark and Floyd counties. Prior to his current role with IMCU, he served as a board member and Market President for Commerce Bank. Prior to these roles, Mr. White was in senior management with the last 3 largest banks in Kentucky and was one of the founders of Independence Bancorp, the holding company for Independence Bank. Independence, later known as 1st Independence, was headquartered in New Albany. Bill served as the President & CEO of the holding company and the bank from inception until it was sold in 2008.
Simultaneous to his career in banking, Mr. White was also pursuing other interests. He has been a Radio Talk Show Host, a Motivational Speaker, a Business Consultant, and an Entrepreneur. Along with his wife and family, they operate Estes Waste Solutions, a family business venture.
Mr. White is also a certified Professional Selling Skills facilitator, has been a faculty member at the Kentucky Bankers Association School of Banking for many years, and has taught as an adjunct professor at the college level. He received his MBA from Bellarmine University and his undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University. He was inducted into the EKU Hall of Distinguished Alumni in 2007. He is also a former chair of the EKU Business Advisory Council and a is founding board member of their Banking and Financial Services Program.
Mr. White serves his community through service on a variety of local boards. He currently serves on the boards of Indiana University Southeast, Baptist Health Floyd, The Ogle Foundation, The Floyd County Legacy Foundation, The Floyd County Board of Zoning Appeals, The River Heritage
Conservancy, and the Eastern Kentucky University Banking and Financial Services Advisory Council. He has previously served on the boards Hosparus, Inc., Goodwill of Southern Indiana, The Community Foundation of Southern Indiana, Metro United Way, WireCrafters, Inc., and many others. Mr. White has been a Foundation Board Member since 2023.
President & CEO as well as an Ogle Foundation Board Member, he has been with the Foundation since 2007 in the role of Executive Director and then named to his current positions beginning in 2012. He holds a BA in Economics from DePauw (1983) and both an MBA (1987) and a separate MA (2006) degree in Computer Resources & Information Management from Webster University.
He has been the President of the Donors Forum of Kentuckiana; Chairman of the Board for Leadership Southern Indiana from 2010-2012; Board Member of the Indiana Philanthropic Alliance (2008-2014); One Southern Indiana (1si) Board of Directors (2012-2021); the Kentucky Center for the Arts Foundation (2015-2017); Governor Appointee to the State of Indiana’s Regional Works Council (2013-2017); and a Founding Board Member/Secretary for Endeavor Midwest (2015-2021).
Besides being a member of the Ogle Foundation Board, he is currently serving on the Board of River Heritage Conservancy, as a Founding Board member, as well as being serving as the Board's chair from its founding in 2016 to the present time.
Kent has been the recipient of the Indiana University Southeast Chancellor’s Medallion Award in 2018 for lifetime achievements; the National and Indiana Distinguished Leadership Awards from the National/Indiana Leadership Associations in 2014 and 2013 respectively. In 2013, he was named Business Professional of the Year and given the Rising Star Award in 2004 by One Southern Indiana. Lastly, he was honored to be selected by the general Louisville Metro public in 2010, as one of the 108 influential "Connectors" in the Kentuckiana Region by the Leadership Louisville Connector Project.
Mr. Lanum has lived his entire life in the Southern Indiana area and resides with his wife, Dalene, and their son Reagan William. As a note of interest, Dalene Lanum’s first job after high school was working for Mr. Ogle at Silgas!
Is the Foundation's Office Manager and was hired in the fall of 2009. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Indiana State University. She is a Member of Leadership Southern Indiana; Board Member and Secretary for New Life Christian Missions in Kerala, India; Member, American Association of Notaries; Member, Kentuckiana Donors Forum; and an active member of Southeast Christian Church. She is also CFO of Eswine, Inc./The Marketing Company which she and her husband co-own, located in New Albany, Indiana.
Mrs. Eswine has always lived in Southern Indiana, however she enjoys traveling the world in her free time, most specifically to India and Italy. She and her husband of 34 years, Vern Eswine, have resided in the Georgetown area for the last 28 years. Their youngest daughter, Darian conveniently lives around the corner with her husband, Pearce, and their young son, Sullivan. The couple’s eldest daughter, Miriam Rosemary, died while a young teen in January of 2006 after a 25-month battle with children’s cancer.
